A photography exclusivity clause is a contractual agreement between a client (often a couple for weddings, a business, or an individual for events or photo shoots) and a photographer, stipulating that only the contracted photographer is permitted to take professional (or sometimes any) photographs for a certain time period and/or at a specific event, venue, or for a particular project.
